About Bhoomi RTC Online

Bhoomi RTC Online (bhoomirtconlines.com) is a free, independent guide built to help people across Karnataka understand and use the official Bhoomi land records portal — checking RTC, tracking mutations, applying for land conversion, and navigating everything in between without needing a lawyer or government office visit for basic questions.

We are not affiliated with the Government of Karnataka or the Revenue Department. Everything here is written independently, based on how the official Bhoomi portal (landrecords.karnataka.gov.in) actually works, kept updated as the portal itself changes.

Preeti is a software engineer and SEO specialist with over 10 years of experience in content creation and website development. She built Bhoomi RTC Online to make Karnataka's land records system easier to navigate for everyday landowners, farmers, and property buyers who often struggle to find clear, accurate answers to practical questions like checking mutation status, downloading a certified RTC, or understanding the difference between Khata and RTC.

Her work focuses on combining technical accuracy with plain-language explanations — every guide on this site is checked against the live Bhoomi portal and rewritten until it reads the way a knowledgeable friend would explain it, not the way a government circular would.

Why This Site Exists

Karnataka's Bhoomi portal is genuinely one of the better digital land record systems in India — but "better" doesn't mean simple. Dropdown menus assume you already know terms like Hobli, Hissa, or Surnoc. Error messages don't explain themselves. And when something goes wrong — an OTP that never arrives, a mutation stuck on Pending for two months — there's no obvious next step listed anywhere on the official site.

Bhoomi RTC Online exists to fill that gap. Every guide here is written from the perspective of someone actually trying to get something done on the portal — not a marketing summary of what the portal can theoretically do.

How We Keep This Accurate

Independence note: Bhoomi RTC Online is not the official Bhoomi portal and has no government affiliation. All official actions — viewing RTC, applying for mutation, paying fees — happen directly on landrecords.karnataka.gov.in. We simply explain how to do that.

We Do Not Collect Your Information

This matters enough that we want to say it plainly, not just bury it in a privacy policy link. Bhoomi RTC Online does not collect, store, request, or have access to any personal or land-related information about you. Here's exactly what that means:

🆔
No Aadhaar or ID Numbers
We never ask for your Aadhaar number, PAN, Voter ID, or any government identification. There is no field on this site that requests it.
🗺️
No Survey or Land Details
We don't collect your survey number, Hissa number, village name, or any detail tied to a specific piece of land you own.
👤
No Name, Phone, or Email Required
You can read every guide on this site without entering your name, phone number, or email address anywhere.
🔐
No Account or Login
There's no registration, no password, no user profile. Nothing to create, nothing that can be hacked or leaked because it was never collected.
💳
No Payments Processed Here
We never ask for payment details. All fees for RTC, mutation, or any Bhoomi service are paid directly on the official government portal — never through us.
🚫
No Data Sold or Shared
We have nothing to sell or share, because we don't collect anything in the first place. There's no database of visitors sitting anywhere.

What Does Happen Automatically (And Why It's Harmless)

Like every website, basic technical information passes through standard web infrastructure when you visit — your approximate location (country/region level, from your IP address), browser type, and which pages you viewed. This is anonymous, aggregated, and used only to understand which guides are helpful. It cannot be traced back to identify you personally, and we don't attempt to.

Why We Built It This Way

Land records are sensitive. Survey numbers, ownership details, and Aadhaar linkage are exactly the kind of information that fraudsters look for. We made an early decision that this site would never become a place where that information sits — not because we're worried about a breach, but because the safest data is data that was never collected to begin with. Every action involving your actual land record happens on the official Bhoomi portal directly, where it belongs.

Cookies and Advertising

This site shows ads through Google AdSense to stay free. Google's own cookies may track browsing behavior across sites to serve relevant ads — this is standard for AdSense and is controlled by Google, not us. You can opt out of personalized ads anytime through Google's Ad Settings. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

In one sentence: If it's about your land or your identity, we don't have it — every official action happens on landrecords.karnataka.gov.in, not here.
